Head Carrying Strap made of leather - Guatemala A common sight in Guatemala is a man carrying a heavy load on his back using his head as a balance. I once saw a man strap a net around a huge cabinet (twice as big as himself) and using the head strap as a balance, got it off the ground and carried it home.
