Hand-woven Chichicastenango Faja 4

Hand-woven faja (used as a belt to wrap around the corte to secure the huipil and corte in place) with geometric designs hand-embroidered on one side (38").  The other side is the black and white fabric.  The entire faja is 86" long by 2" with an additional 5" braided fringe on each side.  This is an old piece (approx. 30 years) and there are loose threads but a nice traditional piece that is all hand-embroidered.
