Faja from Nebaj, Guatemala 58" long x 2 1/4" wide
This 1980's faja or hand-woven belt was woven on a back-strap loom in the traditional style of Nebaj. Note in the close up pictures, the geometric designs in the center and the animals and people along the border. Excellent condition for it's age.
