Guatmalan modern huipil

This is a newer huipil with peacocks, flowers, and geometric designs.  It encompasses styles of several different villages.  Metallic threads throughout give it a shiny look.  Sides are sewn closed and it is rather long -measures 34" from shoulder to bottom of huipil on each side and 30" wide.  The neck opening is small but will fit smaller heads.  Neck openings are easy to widen by make a cut at the shoulder and reinforcing.
