This San Juan la Laguna corte has incredible ikat bands and a hand-embroidered randa down the entire length of the corte. This is a very collectable piece and is in great condition for it's age, 20-30 years. It is sewn in a loop as that is the way the cortes are worn. A woman gets inside and wraps it several times, tucks in her huipil, and ties it all together with a hand-woven faja or belt. This piece is 92" long if opened at the seam and 32" wide.
Cortes are sold by the piece and not by the yard.
